Our Midwest project need for an experienced IT architect with SAP. This position will lead the enterprise architecture, design, strategy, and engineering of the following within the SAP Infrastructure Environment:

• SAP NetWeaver Infrastructure
• WAS (SAP Web Application Server) Architecture
• BW Infrastructure Architecture
• IGS (SAP Internet Graphic Server) and ITS (Internet Transaction Server)

Additional Responsibilities include:

• Promote the SAP infrastructure standards so that they align with the overall enterprise architecture goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 5 years IT experience with at least 3 years of SAP NetWeaver experience with emphasis in enterprise infrastructure.

The Senior SAP ABAP Developer will be responsible for the maintenance and support for the portfolio of applications and technologies in the SMI landscape. This includes all FRICE objects, Middleware objects, and Bolt On*s. Special Emphasis is placed on the timely and accurate delivery of information between SAP and heritage systems i.e., full end to end support. Additionally, the Developer will have explicit responsibility for unit and integration testing.

The Developer will work closely with internal and external cross functional team members in both SMI, and GIS. The Developer will adhere to standards, methodologies, and guidelines in the software development lifecycle and will bring the proper functional and technical resources together, garnering acceptance and agreement on desired solutions. The Developer will be responsible for proactively updating management with project status and is expected to follow code review, change management, and release control procedures.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the follow through and timely resolution of application support issues raised through the SMI, Process, and Client Support teams.
• Work closely with operations on procedure handling for process and interface failures.
• Collaborate with cross functional team members on assessing functional requirements for technical viability.
• Responsible for accuracy and completeness of FRICE object technical specifications.
• Work closely with Technical Architecture and Basis teams, collaborating on solution infrastructure and design for SAP enterprise core, BW, and Portal applications.
  Ensure application designs meet ELC compliance (SOX and regulatory, e.g., FDA), with additional emphasis on security.
• Position Requirements/Qualifications
• 7 to 10 years SAP ABAP development experience.
• Bachelor*s degree or equivalent in IS/MIS.
